You may be a sufferer of periodic limb movement disorder and not realize it. This is a condition to where you have repeated muscle twitching of your legs, arms or feet while you are in a slumber. Any time that your sleep repeatedly becomes interrupted, you are at risk for snoring problems. You and your doctor need to sit down and discuss any health issues that you may have and have the right tests run to get to the bottom of the problem.
